PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team for our Angamaly project. If you have experience in this field we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects
- Interact with clients Representatives/Contractor/Architect Representatives etc. on a daily basis
- Find out about clients' needs and wants
- Manage the project resource plan and budget
- Manage project issues, risks and actions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
- Contractors/Sub-contractors bill preparation on weekly or completion basis.
- Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary and monthly status report
- Quality control in accordance with procedures, method statements, quality plans and quality checklist preparation




- Full time site Supervision and may have to visit other sites as per requirement.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Must have laptop for work purposes.
- Solid ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office
- Education: B Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) / Diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: 5 Years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates must reside in Chalakudy, Angamaly, Aluva (within 15 km radius of Angamaly)
