Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Internet/Telecom projects from order initiation to service activation and closure.

- Coordinate installation and commissioning of Fiber, FTTH, leased lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, broadband, and other connectivity services.

- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, network teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.

- Manage fiber laying, last-mile connectivity, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, delays, and issues and drive resolution.

- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management and customers.

- Ensure all technical and customer requirements are met before service handover.

- Manage documentation including BOQ, site survey reports, installation reports, test reports, as-built diagrams, and handover documents.





- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for equipment and materials.

- Ensure compliance with company processes, telecom standards, safety requirements, and SLAs.

- Handle customer escalations and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Track project costs and support budget and invoice management.

- Complete project closure and hand over the network/service to operations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Internet, Telecom, Fiber Optics, FTTH, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP networking, and leased-line services.

- Good understanding of network deployment and last-mile connectivity.

- Project management and coordination skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
