Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil) with 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, project planning, and site management. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, control costs, and ensure timely execution of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for civil construction works.
- Handle quantity surveying, measurement verification, and reconciliation of executed quantities.
- Prepare and process client RA bills, subcontractor bills etc.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and progress reports to monitor project timelines.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or execution issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor material consumption, labour deployment, and project costs.
- Maintain measurement books, billing records, site documentation,



and other project-related reports.
- Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis, variation claims, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, and Project Planning.
- Practical knowledge of client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ preparation, and quantity calculations.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and execution procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in commercial or industrial civil construction projects will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary will be negotiable based on qualifications, relevant experience, and technical competency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
