We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks using our ERP system.

The selected candidate will undergo 3 months of training in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, followed by placement in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor project activities through the ERP Projects Module.
- Create and update project details, tasks, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, pending activities, and deadlines.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports and documentation.
- Identify project delays and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ERP system.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Maintain effective communication among stakeholders to support timely project completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an IT, Management, Commerce, or Engineering background will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn ERP software and project management processes.
- Freshers can apply. Experience in project coordination or ERP implementation will be an added advantage.

Training and Work Location
- Training Period: First 3 months in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Work Location After Training: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in Raipur during training and at Bhilai after the training period.
