Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication &
- Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients; respond to queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.

- Conduct weekly and/or monthly review meetings (agenda, minutes, action items, follow-ups).

- Share project/order closure updates with clients and gather formal sign-offs.

- Reporting &

- Documentation: Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports (status dashboards, SLA/metric reports, order progress, risk/issues logs).

- Maintain accurate project documentation: SOWs, change requests, action trackers, MoM, delivery checklists, and closure notes.

- Project Coordination &

- Delivery Tracking: Coordinate internal teams (operations, tech, quality, finance) to meet client requirements and project deadlines.

- Track tasks, dependencies, and risks; proactively drive resolutions and escalate when needed.

- Maintain a live project plan and ensure on-time delivery of milestones and orders.

- Billing &

- Collections: Coordinate monthly billing, invoice preparation, approvals, collections follow-up,



and reconciliation of billing discrepancies.

- Process Discipline &

- Quality: Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and compliance requirements; identify process improvements and maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

- Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving.

- Proficiency with MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare or compliance-driven industries.

- Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI.

- Experience managing enterprise clients.
