Role: Project Coordinator (Hebbal, Bengaluru)

The Project Coordinator – Project Management Services is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth of project management engagements. This role is comparable to a MD role, with ownership of large portfolios, senior client relationships, and delivery excellence, primarily across the South India region.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all Project Management Services engagements.
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-site construction programs.




- Act as the senior escalation point for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through client partnerships, pre-sales support, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee delivery performance, budgets, and resource planning at a regional level.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks proactively.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams for effective technology deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in the Construction Industry with strong exposure to PMC, EPC, or large infrastructure programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred); Master’s degree in Construction Management or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in planning Commercial Projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large project portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
