Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Ad Operations Intern.

The Ad Operations

Intern will support the development and management of advertising campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and ensure that operations run smoothly. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis,



optimizing processes, and assisting in the implementation of project goals. The role provides exposure to various aspects of advertising and e-commerce operations within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting
- Understanding of sales principles and processes
- Proficiency in operations management and project management to handle workflows and achieve goals
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising tools is a plus
