Role & responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities and manufacturing operations.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow production plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Check product quality and report defects to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Follow safety guidelines, 5S practices, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Support in reducing material wastage and improving productivity.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Learn machine operations, troubleshooting basics, and manufacturing processes under supervision.
Preferred candidate profile Any diploma or undergraduate willing to work in production manufacturing
