Role Description The Production Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, schedule, and safety standards. This role coordinates production plans, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to meet customer demand and internal targets.

Lead provides direction and support to production team members, resolves operational issues, and escalates risks or delays as needed. This position collaborates with operations, quality,



and supply chain teams to optimize processes, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement. The role also includes maintaining documentation, reporting performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability and explicit communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams, provide guidance, and manage performance effectively.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet production targets.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Communication skills to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure clear, timely information flow.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments, ideally in electronics, hardware, or embedded systems, is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals.
- A relevant diploma or degree in engineering, operations, or a related field is preferred.
