We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage assembly operations, handle workers, and ensure daily production targets are achieved with the required quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily gift box assembly and production activities.

- Allocate work to workers and monitor team productivity.

- Ensure daily production targets and timely order completion.

- Maintain product quality and minimize rejection and material wastage.

- Monitor attendance, manpower, and workflow on the production floor.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production.

- Maintain daily production reports and records.

- Ensure workplace discipline and safety.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in production or assembly supervision preferred.

- Experience in packaging, gift box manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.

- Valuable leadership, manpower handling, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
