Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage and monitor manpower allocation across production shifts.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and production processes.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Track production output, machine downtime, and rejection rates.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift handover reports.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and quality control.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve production targets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
