Role Description The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities on-site at the Coimbatore facility in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and coordinating resources to meet output and quality targets. The role involves supervising production teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting a safe and compliant work environment.

The Production

Supervisor will collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain accurate production records.



The position also includes reviewing equipment performance, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Candidates should possess experience in Production Management, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and quality oversight.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, reporting to management, and guiding production staff.
- Experience in pump manufacturing or related mechanical/industrial production environments is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic safety standards, quality systems, and lean or continuous improvement practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple priorities, and use production-related software or tools as required.
