- 10-12 years experience in plastic injection molding with expertise in Production Management and Manufacturing Engineering
- Manage injection molding production, oversee manpower scheduling, implement process improvements, and ensure safety compliance

Roles and Responsibilities (Must knowledge Control cable, instrument cable and Power cable)

- Oversee production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
- Manage manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring workloads.
- Coordinate with production engineering team to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor production supervisors' performance and provide guidance as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Production Management principles, including planning, controlling, and optimizing processes.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
