We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, handle manpower and maintain production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and workers.
- Manage manpower and allocate daily work.
- Monitor production targets and workflow.
- Maintain product quality and production standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of production processes.
- Strong manpower handling and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years. Candidates with relevant production supervision experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
