Job Role: Production Supervisor – Boiler Fabrication & Industrial Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities, fabrication, fitting, welding, grinding and assembly.
- Manage workers and allocate jobs according to production schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing and dispatch targets.
- Monitor material availability, workmanship and production quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with management, engineers, stores and purchase departments.
- Maintain daily production reports, worker attendance and job progress records.
- Supervise late-night production shifts whenever required.
- Visit customer sites for installation, assembly, maintenance or other work-related requirements.
- Coordinate with site workers and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.

Candidate Requirements:

- ITI,



Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication or a related trade.
- Experience in industrial fabrication, welding, heavy engineering or boiler manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to manage workers independently and meet production deadlines.
- Willingness to work late-night shifts and travel to customer sites when required.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication drawings, measuring instruments and industrial safety.
- Responsible, disciplined and capable of maintaining production records.

Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, with site visits as required. Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capabilities.
