Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Staff role based in Mayiladuturai.

The Production

Staff member will work on the shop floor, operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting daily production activities according to established schedules and standards.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, assisting with basic quality checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors. The role also involves coordinating with team members, helping to meet production targets, and participating in training to improve skills and adapt to new processes or equipment.





Qualifications

- Ability to contribute to Production Planning and assist in Production Management activities to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Knowledge of basic Quality Control practices to support inspection, defect identification, and adherence to production standards.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and coworkers, and to clearly report issues or process deviations.
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to learn recent procedures, equipment operations, and safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain focus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic educational qualification appropriate for shop-floor work; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.
