Designation: Production Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, reduce rejection and ensure smooth production operations in our agricultural machinery and sheet-metal fabrication manufacturing facility.

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.

Experience:

- 2 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing processes or process improvement.

- Experience in sheet-metal fabrication, welding and machining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.

- Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions.

- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Improve productivity, reduce rejection, rework and material wastage.

- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.

- Prepare and maintain process sheets,



SOPs, routing sheets and production reports.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools and materials.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

- Monitor cycle time, downtime, rejection and overall production efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.

- Understanding of sheet-metal fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of Excel, ERP systems and production documentation.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
