Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, from customer demand and order processing through production planning to final delivery.

- Monitor production schedules, order backlog, material availability, capacity constraints and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Materials, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth workflow.

- Track key performance indicators such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), on-time delivery and order fulfilment.

- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, material shortages and operational escalations.

- Support SIOP/S&OP; processes, demand-supply alignment and capacity planning.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times,



improve delivery performance and optimize inventory.

- Use SAP/ERP systems and planning tools to monitor operations and support data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning or Order Fulfilment.

- Strong knowledge of demand-supply planning, capacity planning and inventory management.

- Experience with OTIF, S&OP;/SIOP and SAP/ERP systems.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
