Preferred Experience: LG Company / LG Vendor Experience

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics or Production Engineering

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities of plastic injection moulding machines.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets as per customer requirements.
- Handle production of core plastic components for washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and other home appliances.
- Monitor machine cycle time, output, rejection, rework and productivity.
- Ensure correct mould setting, process parameters, material utilization and production quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Planning and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor shift-wise production reports, downtime, manpower utilization and production losses.




- Reduce rejection and improve machine efficiency through process optimization.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, safety standards and customer quality requirements.
- Guide Production Engineers, Supervisors, Operators and shift teams.

Required Skills
- Solid practical knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds and process parameters.
- Experience in handling multiple machines and shift-wise production teams.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, cycle-time improvement and rejection control.
- Good coordination, reporting and team management skills.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in LG-related plastic component manufacturing and customer-specific production requirements. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
