- Handle sterile/aseptic area protocols, gowning procedures, and operation of vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and liquid injection filling/sealing machines.

- Perform line clearance, set fill volumes, calibrate dosing pumps, and adjust parameters per Batch Production Control Records (BPCR) or Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

- Monitor fill weight/volume accuracy, vial stoppering/capping, and seal integrity throughout the production run.

- Place and manage environmental monitoring plates within the sterile/aseptic suite as per defined schedules.

- Perform cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of filling needles, syringes, fluid paths, and machine parts.

- Maintain daily machine logbooks, BMR/BPCR entries, downtime reports, and production output records accurately.
