The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring efficient production planning, fast and accurate monitoring, optimal resource utilization, and effective manpower management. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in production management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on production goals.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to respond to unforeseen issues or changes in demand.
- Fast Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Implement and utilize real-time monitoring systems to track production performance.
- Quickly identify and address any deviations or bottlenecks in the production process.
- Resource Utilization:
- Optimize the use of materials, machinery, and manpower to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.




- Conduct regular assessments of production processes and implement improvements.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials while avoiding excess stock.
- Managing Manpower:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet production demands.
- Address any personnel issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the production team.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, with a focus on production planning, monitoring, resource utilization, and manpower management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
