Location - Safiabad (Haryana)

- Oversee daily plant operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
- Ensure full manpower in plant.
- Should have knowledge of Thermal paper & Fluorescent paper.

Experience field

- Proven experience in plant & Factory operations.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing plant.
- Main focus is quality control

Skills required

- Valuable communication skills required (Hindi & English)

2.Familer with Google Sheets(MS Office)

3.Production management, Quality control, Team leadership, Resource allocation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
