Looking for a Weld Shop Engineer who is comfortable on the shop floor and knows robotic welding well.

Role: Engineer – Weld Shop

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

What we need:

Hands-on experience with Panasonic welding robots

Automotive sheet metal manufacturing background

Robotic welding process, machine settings & basic troubleshooting

Understanding of welding defects, weld quality & corrective actions

Production planning, process improvement & rejection control

Ability to manage daily production and shop-floor manpower

Knowledge of welding fixtures, preventive maintenance coordination & safety practices

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Tier-1 automotive manufacturing companies.
