Role Description This full-time, in office Production Engineer role is based in Ahmedabad.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning and optimizing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. The role involves analyzing process performance data, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency,



and supporting implementation of new technologies or methods.

The Production

Engineer will also prepare production reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for process optimization and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and knowledge of relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Production, Industrial) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with plastic or related products.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and basic safety and compliance practices.
