Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

- Coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules.

- Understand engineering and fabrication drawings.

- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to specifications.

- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.

- Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

- Develop familiarity with pressure vessel components, piping systems, and pipe fittings.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 1–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or fabrication.

- Basic knowledge of pressure vessels, industrial piping, and pipe fittings.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

- Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and shop-floor management skills.

- Experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger manufacturing will be an advantage.
