Backend In-Charge (Engineer) – Production Department

Position Details
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry
Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of SAP and its application in production operations.
2. Manpower handling, allocation, and workforce management.
3. Supervision and monitoring of the solar module backend production process, including:
- EL Inspection
- Lamination
- Trimming
- Framing
- Junction Box (JB) Potting
- Curing
- Hi-Pot Testing
- Flash / IV Testing
- Final EL Inspection
- Visual Inspection
- Packing
1. Ensure smooth production flow, product quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve production targets and maintain process efficiency.
