PTC India (Progressive Tools & Components) is a multi-industry Indian engineering group founded in 1971. This role sits within the Home Division and is based full-time on-site at our Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh facility. We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our Production department and contribute to the efficient, high-quality manufacture of products within the Home Division.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in production planning and control, supply chain management, lean manufacturing principles, sheet metal forming, fabrication, and powder coating. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary in the range of INR 45,000 to INR 70,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and control production activities within the Home Division to meet output targets and quality standards • Monitor and manage the end-to-end production workflow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks promptly • Apply lean manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and waste reduction • Oversee and participate in sheet metal forming and fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality requirements • Manage powder coating operations and ensure compliance with finish quality standards • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components • Maintain production records,



generate reports, and present data-driven insights to management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and procurement to resolve production issues • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures on the shop floor • Support capacity planning and resource allocation for the Home Division production line Required qualifications • Minimum 6 years of experience in a production engineering role • Demonstrated expertise in Production Planning and Control • Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Management • Proven application of Lean Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing environment • Practical knowledge and experience in Sheet Metal Forming • Practical knowledge and experience in Fabrication processes • Working knowledge of Powder Coating processes and quality standards • Ability to work full-time in office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh About the role • Monthly salary range of INR 45,000 to INR 70,000 commensurate with experience • Full-time, stable employment with an established Indian engineering group founded in 1971 • Opportunity to contribute directly to the Home Division's production operations • On-site role in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Location: Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh (On-site) Employment type: Full-time Experience: 6+ years
