Role & responsibilities

Position Purpose The position is for the Product Support and business revenue management. To support key efficiency initiatives of the bank, to help respective Product managers achieve regional targets/ deadlines. To also support on preparation of various revenue MIS and dashboards transversally.

Responsibilities

- Efficiency and Industrialization Project Support for all PMs

- Cortex Deposit

- Converged Email Indemnity

- ISO Migrations

- DEC Unstructured to Structured
- NSTP ACCLink ( where applicable)

- TBS2 readiness and support

- Business Support :
- Preparation of business dashboards, revenue analysis and related business tracking
- Support Product managers on commercialization activities.
- Support Product activities like UAT, sanity testing and deposit tracking.
- Support the transition of the Supplier onboarding activities for SCM to the branch.

- Product Digitization Metrics
- Drive and track digitization agenda for each product vertical along with respective PM
- Compilation of requisite project progress dashboards and dissemination to sales and implementation

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical:

- Financial Analysis and Accounting
- Basic Knowledge of Banking Products and Operations




- Positive knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint

Behavioral:

- Strong Communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
