Responsibilities

- Own product development from discovery to launch and adoption.

- Analyze user, business, and operational data to guide decisions.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams.

- Convert business problems into transparent product requirements.

- Manage iterative delivery and ensure timely launches.

- Define success metrics and track product outcomes.

- Identify AI/LLM opportunities and use AI tools to improve workflows.

Requirements

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in SQL or analytics tools and metric definition.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong product sense and understanding of user needs.

- Experience managing complex platforms and cross-functional dependencies.

- Proactive ownership and ability to work independently.

- Strong understanding of AI tools and their product applications.

- Platform, marketplace, or internal tooling experience is a plus.

- Exposure to ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
