Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Travel Tech

At QuadLabs Technologies, we build creative travel technology solutions for airlines, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and corporates. Our portfolio includes booking engines, B2B/B2E corporate travel platforms, and AI-powered Travel & Expense products.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager who has built and launched travel technology products and is ready to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery end to end.

What You’ll Do

- Own the product roadmap and drive product strategy aligned with client needs and business

outcomes.
- Engage with airline, TMC, and corporate clients to understand requirements and translate them into

detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and enhance end-to-end travel booking and servicing journeys, including search, pricing, fares,

ticketing, ancillaries, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
- Define integration requirements for GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport, along with

NDC APIs, LCC connectors, hotel aggregators, and payment gateways.
- Drive corporate travel capabilities, including travel policies, approval workflows, budgets, expense management,



and HRMS/ERP integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout product development, sprint

planning, UAT, and releases.
- Track product performance through KPIs such as conversion rates, booking success, online adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Support client presentations, product demonstrations, solution documentation, and scope discussions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in travel technology, NDC, AI-powered travel solutions, and competitive platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience within a travel technology company, OTA, or TMC product/technology team.
- Proven experience in taking at least one travel product or major product module live with customers.
- Strong understanding of air distribution, including GDS, NDC, LCC content, PNR lifecycle, fare rules, ticketing, and reissues.
- Knowledge of at least one additional domain: hotel distribution, corporate travel technology, self-booking tools, or Travel & Expense platforms.
- Ability to understand API documentation and collaborate with engineering teams on integrations and request/response flows.
- Strong expertise in PRD writing, user flows,



wireframing, and tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence.

Good to Have

- B2B and corporate travel technology experience.
- Experience working with airline clients or airline-direct distribution channels.
- Exposure to Indian corporate travel markets or the Middle East/GCC region.
- Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered product features.
- Knowledge of travel payments, corporate cards, virtual cards, wallets, or BSP/ARC settlement.
- Familiarity with SQL or analytics tools for product funnel analysis.

Important Eligibility Criteria

This role is specifically for professionals who have built travel technology products.

- Experience in travel operations, ticketing, reservations, fulfilment, customer support, implementation, account management, sales, or pre-sales alone will not meet the product management requirement.
- Candidates must have genuine ownership of product roadmaps, PRDs, and product delivery within the travel domain.
