Responsibilities:

- Ensure customers' needs are at the heart of the technology and experiences we build. Work effectively with all the stakeholders across Geographies required to bring user-backwards products to life, focus on delivering value to our users as soon as possible, and then iterate to maximize gains.
- Make informed trade-off decisions while creating roadmaps, ensuring execution and time-to-market are optimized while balancing user needs and business priorities.
- Build and iterate proactive, personalized, and contextual self-serve menu options for both voice and non-voice channels catering to customer requests.
- Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Develop rich tools and analytics to measure and monitor goals of each self-serve funnel
- Deep thinking on long-term business needs and user focus while creating product roadmaps, and ability to glean customer insights and feedback from multiple channels, including through structured customer research

Key Skills:

- End-to-end experience of multiple B2C product launches on both mobile and desktop is a must.




- Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), PDLC, and Product Management (driving usage, optimization, etc.) on both Web and Apps.
- Experience running rigorous A/B tests across desktop, mobile web, and apps; defining product success metrics; and regularly monitoring, developing hypotheses, and validating them.
- Robust data analysis capabilities and experience with Web and App analytics tools, heatmap tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc. Working knowledge of basic statistics and SQL
- Business acumen to appreciate how all aspects of business come together and understanding levers for business growth and profitability
- Comfort with ambiguity and with working in MVP mode with fast iterations
- Preferably, an engineer with Software Development experience + MBA
- Hands-on product management experience of 2-3 years in high-growth consumer product companies.
