QuadLabs Technologies builds travel technology for airlines, TMCs and corporates — booking engines, B2B/B2E corporate travel platforms, and AI-native Travel & Expense products. We are hiring a Product Manager who has already built travel products, not someone who has operated them.
You will own a product area end to end: discovery, PRDs, roadmap, delivery with engineering, and adoption with client teams. You will work directly with airline and TMC clients, so you must be able to talk GDS, NDC, fares and policy with confidence from day one.
Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Experience: 4–10 years total, with at least 3 years as a PM in Travel Tech
Reports to: Head of Product
Type: Full time
Who we're looking forThis role is open only to product managers whose PM experience comes from one of three backgrounds:
- Travel tech product companies — booking engines, GDS/NDC aggregators, airline IT, hotel distribution, corporate booking tools, T&E; platforms
- OTAs — B2C or B2B online travel agencies
- TMCs — in the TMC's product or technology team, building its booking platform, self-booking tool, or client-facing tech The experience must be in a product management role (owning roadmap, writing PRDs, shipping with engineering). Travel operations, ticketing, fulfilment, reservations, customer support, or account management experience does not count toward the 3 years, even at the companies above.
Key responsibilities1. Own the roadmap for a product area (e.g. air booking, hotel, corporate policy & approvals, expense,
payments) and tie it to client and revenue outcomes.
- Run discovery with airline,
TMC and corporate stakeholders; turn it into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design booking and servicing flows: search, pricing, fare rules, ancillaries, seat/meal, PNR creation,
ticketing, exchanges, refunds and cancellations.
- Define integration requirements for GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), NDC airline APIs, LCC connectors, hotel aggregators and payment gateways.
- Build corporate travel features: travel policy, approval workflows, budgets, cost centres, duty of care,
reporting and HRMS/ERP integrations.
- Work daily with engineering, design and QA through sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT and release.
- Set and track product KPIs — search-to-book conversion, look-to-book ratio, online adoption,
booking failure rate, NPS.
- Support pre-sales and client delivery with demos, solution documents and scope sign-offs.
- Track the market — NDC adoption, competitor OTAs and TMC platforms, AI in travel — and bring it into the roadmap.
Must-have• 3+ years as a Product Manager at a travel tech company, OTA or TMC (see above)
- Shipped at least one travel product or major module to live customers, and can walk through it in detail
- Working knowledge of air distribution: GDS vs NDC vs LCC content,
PNR lifecycle, fare families, fare rules, ticketing and reissue
- Understanding of at least one of: hotel distribution, corporate travel (policy, approvals, SBT), or travel expense
- Can read API documentation and discuss request/response flows with engineers (Swagger/Postman level)
- Strong PRD writing, user flows and wireframing (Figma or similar)
- Comfortable with Jira/Confluence and agile delivery
- Clear written and spoken English; able to present to client leadership
Nice to have• B2B / corporate travel experience (self-booking tools, TMC platforms, CUG portals)
- Experience with airline clients or airline-direct channels
- Middle East (GCC) or Indian corporate travel market exposure
- AI/LLM product features shipped (chat booking, smart search, receipt OCR, policy agents)
- Payments in travel: corporate cards, virtual cards, BSP/ARC settlement, wallets
- SQL or analytics tools for funnel analysis
Not a fitPlease do not apply if your background is mainly any of the following:
- Travel operations, ticketing, reservations, fulfilment or back office
- Customer support, service desk or implementation/onboarding support
- Account management, travel desk or client servicing at a TMC
- Sales or pre-sales without product ownership
- Product roles outside travel (e-commerce, fintech, SaaS) with no travel product experience
- Business analyst or project manager roles with no roadmap or PRD ownership
