Product Strategy

- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze global trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the media tech, CMS and related eco-system.

- Ideation &
- Brainstorming: Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and conceptualize innovative, AI-driven solutions.

- Vision Execution: Align the product roadmap.

Requirements Gathering &

- Scoping

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, ad sales, and operations teams to gather and document deep business requirements.

- Product Documentation: Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and wireframes.

- AI Integration: Define clear use cases for AI models within the systems

Execution &

- Engineering Collaboration

- Agile Management: Create, organize, and prioritize tasks, epics, and sprints using modern project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

- GitHub Management: Actively manage and navigate GitHub to track technical progress, review issue statuses, oversee version control workflows, and ensure alignment between product specs and code delivery.





- Tech Alignment: Collaborate daily with engineering & data science teams to unblock development, clarify requirements, and ensure timely, bug-free product releases.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within media/publishing, SaaS, ad-tech, or AI-driven platforms.

- Technical Acumen: Robust understanding of software development lifecycles. Hands-on experience navigating GitHub and communicating effectively with developers is mandatory.

- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with modern headless CMS architectures and programmatic/AI-powered advertising systems is highly preferred.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and use data to drive product decisions.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and guide technical teams without direct authority.

- Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning.
