About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team. You'll own business and product initiatives across financial markets, research, data and technology, from the first conversation with a team to a working solution.

You'll work with different teams to understand what they need, define requirements, analyse data and get practical solutions built and adopted. A big part of the role is using AI and automation to fix real process gaps, not just exploring them.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product and process initiatives end to end: gather requirements from teams, scope the work, drive delivery and review results after launch.
- Turn business needs and user problems into transparent product requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with tech teams to build them.
- Find where AI, automation and technology can improve workflows across the business, build the case,



and lead implementation.
- Build and test prototypes and automation workflows using AI tools, and take the ones that work into regular use.
- Define and track product and business metrics, build dashboards, and use the data to set priorities.
- Run feature planning and maintain the roadmap and backlog for your areas.
- Plan and run testing and evaluation of new features, processes and AI-based solutions before rollout.
- Market Research: Evaluate industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and get teams aligned on decisions.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product development, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BCA, BBA, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience working closely with technology teams on digital products, platforms, or software applications.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and feature prioritisation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or product analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from concept to execution.
