Job Title: Product Manager- Digital Products & AI

About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, execution-driven Product Manager to lead MARS Cosmetics' digital ecosystem, including our D2C website (Shopify), mobile applications, internal business tools, and AI-powered automations.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, e-commerce expertise, technical understanding, and a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- D2C Website & App: Own Shopify website and mobile app development, UX improvements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and performance.
- E-commerce & Marketing Tech: Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, loyalty, and customer engagement platforms.
- Internal Applications: Build and optimise internal tools, dashboards, and applications to improve business efficiency.
- AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI-powered workflows, LLM integrations, and process automations across departments.
- Product Management: Own product roadmaps, PRDs, prioritisation, vendor coordination, and end-to-end execution.
- Analytics & Growth: Use data, A/B testing,



and customer insights to improve conversion, retention, and operational performance.

Requirement:

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-tech businesses.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, its app ecosystem, APIs, integrations, and custom development.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Klaviyo, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other CRM/automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, databases, and software development lifecycles.
- Exposure to AI/LLMs, workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate), and AI-assisted development.
- Experience working with developers, agencies, and cross-functional business teams.
- Robust analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset.
