Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong blend of business, technology, and product expertise to drive initiatives in blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or technology delivery, preferably within fintech, wealthtech, asset management, digital banking, or payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for technology-driven financial products.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into product features, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams to deliver scalable product solutions.
- Explore blockchain-based use cases, tokenization, digital assets, digital wallets, and smart contracts.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product discovery to identify recent opportunities.
- Define product requirements, user stories, business cases, and success metrics.
- Coordinate product development and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve financial services through digital innovation.





Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from a leading IIM and an undergraduate STEM degree from a leading IIT.
- 46 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
- Experience in fintech, wealthtech, asset management, digital banking, payments, or technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to at least one or more of the following through product, strategy, research, or delivery work:

- Blockchain and Web3

- Tokenization and digital assets
- Digital wallets and digital asset platforms
- Smart contracts and blockchain-based financial solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business objectives and technical execution.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates with exposure to blockchain-enabled financial products, digital asset ecosystems, tokenized assets, or next-generation payment solutions.
- Experience working with engineering teams on technology-led product initiatives.
- Ability to understand emerging technologies and translate them into practical business use cases.
