: Senior Product Manager – Mint Money App

HT Digital is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, development, and growth of the Mint App. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing mobile applications, driving user engagement, and delivering impactful product experiences in a competitive digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mint Money App, aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analytics, editorial, and business teams to deliver seamless mobile app experiences.
- Leverage user insights, product analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall app performance.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify emerging trends, product gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-led decision-making to continuously enhance product performance.




- Prioritise product initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Stay updated on evolving mobile app technologies, consumer behaviour, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in product management, preferably with significant exposure to consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling mobile apps, with a strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, user engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced digital environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in digital media, news, content, or subscription-based applications.
- Exposure to Fintech products and a solid understanding of the competitive mobile app landscape.
- Experience in monetisation, personalisation, content discovery, and user growth initiatives.
