Role & responsibilities

- Own products from problem insight prototype build launch iteration • Understand students, learners, faculty, academic teams and other users deeply

- Turn ambiguous problems into simple product experiences

- Work closely with engineering, design, business and AI teams

- Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes

- Use AI tools extensively for research, analysis, prototyping and product development

- Identify where AI, agents and automation can fundamentally change a workflow

- Define metrics and use data + user feedback to continuously improve the product

- Challenge assumptions including our own

- Decide not only what to build, but also what NOT to build

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-10 years of product-building experience
- Shipped 01 or significantly transformed existing products
- Strong UX/product design sensibility
- Worked closely with engineering and design
- Built or shipped AI-enabled products
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- A genuine curiosity about how technology changes human behaviour
