Role overview:

The Product Development Executive is responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch and beyond. This role serves as the central coordinator for all product development activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, production, quality, marketing, sales, and management teams. The ideal candidate will act as a product owner, taking strategic responsibility for identifying market opportunities, developing commercially viable products, and ensuring every product launches on time with superior quality, accurate specifications, and compelling market positioning.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role requiring strong organizational skills, creativity, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive products from ideation through successful market launch.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
- Coordinate product concepts, designs, prototypes, and sample development.
- Work with designers, production teams, and vendors to develop products.
- Prepare product specifications, costing sheets, and product documentation.
- Monitor product quality and ensure samples meet approved specifications.
- Coordinate packaging development, customisation,



and product presentation.
- Track development timelines and ensure timely product launches.
- Analyse product performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in product development, product coordination, or merchandising.
- Knowledge of product costing, market research, and production coordination.
- Experience in jewellery, silver products, gifting, consumer products, or packaging is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
