Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – Product Management to support product gap identification, market and competitor analysis, New Product Development (NPD), product launches, technical documentation, and customer-specific product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify product gaps through customer visits, cross-referencing, market research, and competitor benchmarking.

Prepare business cases for minimum 5 new products annually.

Support NPD activities and coordinate competition samples for minimum 6 new products/year.

Prepare technical documents including data sheets, catalogues, presentations, training material, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.

Support Product Managers in new product launches.

Handle product cross-referencing and provide technical support to customers/internal teams.





Prepare accurate drawings and BOMs for custom DIN Rail assemblies within agreed TAT.

Maintain accurate product information across SAP, PLM, and other channels.

Coordinate product samples, demo kits, and marketing collateral for exhibitions.

Qualification
