We are looking for an experienced Shopify Product Catalog Manager to manage end-to-end product catalog operations for an international fashion e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing large product catalogs on Shopify, performing bulk product uploads and updates through CSV files, and maintaining accurate, organized, and high-quality product listings.

Candidates with experience handling thousands of SKUs, product variants, and large-scale catalog updates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product catalog operations on Shopify, from product data preparation and uploading to updating, quality checking, and publishing.
- Handle bulk product uploads, edits, and updates using Shopify CSV files.
- Manage large product catalogs containing thousands of SKUs, including product variants such as sizes, colors, and styles.
- Create and maintain product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, product types, collections, images, and inventory information.
- Import, export, clean, and validate product data using CSV files and spreadsheets.
- Identify and resolve product listing errors, duplicate records, missing attributes, incorrect variants, and formatting issues.
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, complete, and properly organized across the Shopify store.
- Manage product categorization, collections, and overall catalog structure.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure product data meets business requirements.




- Conduct regular catalog audits and maintain high standards for listing accuracy and data quality.
- Troubleshoot CSV import errors and ensure bulk changes are implemented correctly without compromising existing product data.
- Maintain product listing SOPs, catalog records, and regular progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Shopify product listing and catalog management.
- Proven experience managing large product catalogs containing thousands of SKUs.
- Strong practical knowledge of Shopify bulk product uploads and updates using CSV files.
- Experience managing Shopify product variants, SKUs, collections, pricing, inventory, and product attributes.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, filtering, sorting, and bulk data preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct catalog errors.
- Experience handling large-scale product data updates efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily catalog management targets.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with international e-commerce brands, particularly fashion or apparel.




- Experience managing women's clothing catalogs with multiple sizes, colors, and product variations.
- Familiarity with Shopify product SEO fields, product feeds, and marketplace catalog requirements.
- Experience with Shopify apps or tools used for bulk editing and catalog management.

Who Should Apply? We are specifically looking for candidates who have personally managed large Shopify catalogs and can demonstrate hands-on experience with bulk CSV uploads, mass product updates, catalog cleanup, and end-to-end product listing.

Candidates whose experience is limited to basic product entry or manual listing of a small number of products may not be suitable for this role.

Key: This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Mohali. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
