Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Procurement Professionals to manage material purchasing, vendor development, price negotiation, and timely supply of materials for electrical, power, and infrastructure projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and project-related items as per requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare and release purchase orders as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, stores, accounts, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.
- Verify material specifications, quality requirements, and commercial terms before procurement.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, invoices, and procurement documentation.




- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-ups and vendor account reconciliation, as required.

Required Skills
- Experience in procurement and purchasing for electrical, power, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of vendor development, price negotiation, and supplier management.
- Ability to prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Knowledge of electrical materials, project requirements, and material specifications.
- Robust MS Excel, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working or previously employed with Pave Path Engineering & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. or BNC Power Projects Ltd. will be preferred, subject to relevant procurement experience.
