ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESA unique prospect to work directly with the founder on some of the company's most critical business challenges.
Similar to the exposure one would receive in top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, you will be expected to diagnose complex organizational problems, develop structured solutions, and drive execution across multiple business functions.
As a Product Analyst, you will act as an internal problem solver and business builder, working across product, operations, growth, revenue, customer experience, hiring, and strategic initiatives.
The role is designed for individuals who enjoy tackling ambiguity, thinking from first principles, and creating scalable solutions that directly influence business outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to move minds with thoughts.
- Ability to handle complex thought chains, retain details, and connect the dots across multiple moving parts without burnout.
- A knack for event management and the ability to manage multiple tasks end-to-end.

REMUNERATION DETAILSInternship
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): The PPO will be offered depending upon the performance during the internship.
Full-Time Offer
- Location: Jhansi
- CTC: ₹17,28,000
- Cash: ₹6,40,000
- Fixed Bonus: ₹1,60,000
- ESOPs (2): ₹9,28,000
PPO would be provided depending upon the performance.
