Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement global procurement and strategic sourcing strategies.

- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, Design-to-Cost and commercial negotiations.

- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers to improve cost, quality and supply resilience.

- Lead supplier transitions, localization and industrialization projects.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and global business teams.

- Evaluate Make/Buy/Partner strategies and sourcing opportunities.

- Track project milestones, savings and procurement performance.

- Establish procurement processes, governance and supplier management frameworks

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience in strategic procurement,



direct sourcing or supplier management.

- Robust exposure to industrial, electrical equipment, engineering or technology-driven manufacturing.

- Proven expertise in global sourcing, cost optimization, supplier development and complex negotiations.

- Experience in Design-to-Cost, value engineering, supplier transfers, NPI or industrialization projects.

- Strong cross-functional leadership and global stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical, commercial, communication and project management abilities
