## Recommended daily monitoring format

Activity | Responsibility | Frequency |

--------------------------------------- | ----------------------------- | ------------------- |

Review production plan | Shopfloor Supervisor | Daily morning |

Allocate jobs to technicians | Shopfloor Supervisor | Daily |

Check drawing and material availability | Supervisor + Stores | Before production |

Monitor wiring and assembly quality | Shopfloor Supervisor | Throughout the day |

Review testing observations | Supervisor + Testing Engineer | Daily |

Update job-wise production status | Shopfloor Supervisor | Daily evening |

Report delays and corrective actions | Shopfloor Supervisor | Immediately / Daily |

My recommendation for Synergie Controls: Make the supervisor responsible for job-wise production progress and daily reporting, while the Operations Head remains accountable for overall production planning, interdepartmental coordination, and delivery commitments. This distinction will help prevent gaps in monitoring and accountability.
