Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our JITO Procurement Product Development Team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, coordinating with vendors, managing product-related activities, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement and product development processes.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements and procurement needs.

- Support product development activities, including product sourcing, vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and product-related documentation.

- Maintain and analyse procurement data, pricing details, purchase records, and vendor databases using MS Excel.

- Prepare comparative statements, cost analysis reports, and procurement-related MIS reports.

- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.





- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement and product-related issues.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Sourcing.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and price negotiation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong command of MS Excel, including data management, analysis, and reporting.

- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with a strong procurement background and exposure to product sourcing or product development will be preferred.

- Candidates who are comfortable working with data, pricing analysis, vendor coordination, and cross-functional teams are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates should be willing to work from the Baruipur location.
