Experience: 5-10 Years A leading global pharmaceutical organization is looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager Cross Category to support procurement operations, supplier management, sourcing excellence, and process transformation initiatives across multiple procurement categories. The role will partner with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support procurement operations across category management, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management activities.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate process and system enhancement requests, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and eSourcing processes and governance.
- Ensure procurement audit compliance, vendor master data governance, and operational controls.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT,



and business teams to improve processes and user experience.
- Support Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement programs across procurement operations.

Required Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Process Management.
- Solid knowledge of Supplier Management, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and eSourcing processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, Lean, or Agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is preferred.
