Role Overview The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor negotiations, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or nutraceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize costs

- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and operational supplies

- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, finance, and marketing for procurement planning

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations

- Maintain vendor performance records and procurement documentation

- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payment schedules

- Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards

- Build strong relationships with vendors to improve efficiency and turnaround timelines

Requirements





- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management

- Prior experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical, or e-commerce industry preferred

- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of inventory planning and procurement cycles

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

- Experience handling packaging, healthcare, wellness, or nutraceutical products will be an added advantage
