Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Procurement HEMM

Location: HO Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum 4 Years, Relevant experience in HEMM / Mining Equipment Procurement

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a relevant discipline

Industry: Mining & Minerals, Cement Industry / Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure HEMM spare parts, lubricants, filters, GET items, hydraulic components, and engine parts.
- Manage urgent breakdown procurement and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stores, transporters, and maintenance teams.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and process purchase requests.
- Monitor dispatches, deliveries, pending orders, and critical stock availability.
- Maintain ERP records and procurement documentation.




- Ensure timely procurement to minimize equipment downtime.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of HEMM spare parts identification and applications.
- Understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, undercarriage, GET items, filters, and electrical components.
- Basic understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance of mining equipment.
- Ability to read OEM part catalogues, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Solid vendor coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
