Role Description The Procurement Engineer will manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of components and systems required for SANPAR’s thermal engineering and compressed air treatment products. This in office role, based in Bengaluru, includes identifying and qualifying suppliers, soliciting quotations, evaluating technical and commercial offers, and issuing purchase orders in line with project and production requirements.





The role involves close coordination with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability, cost optimization, and adherence to technical specifications and standards.

The Procurement

Engineer will drive new supplier/vendor development & relationships, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) management.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Purchase Orders and basic procurement documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for cost and vendor analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial equipment, thermal engineering, or compressed air systems procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP or procurement software and familiarity with ISO/AS9100-compliant processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines.
